Point State Park (601 Commonwealth Place Pittsburgh, PA 15222)

Celebrate America is a FREE community event!

Point State Park is entirely handicap accessible. This includes entrances, walkways, restrooms, and water fountains. If you require special assistance or have additional questions, please call 412-517-6444.

For a full list of scheduled events, visit our events schedule page. The events will begin at 12pm.

Safety is our number one priority. After consulting with proper safety authorities, we will announce any schedule cancellations due to inclement weather. Fireworks can still be shot off in rain. Please check our social media channels for the most up-to-date information.

Animals are permitted on-site. Please be aware, there will be loud noises and large crowds that may frighten animals, especially fireworks. Service animals are always welcome.

Alcohol is prohibited on Point State Park grounds. However, bringing soda, food, and water is permitted.

Security is stationed throughout the Regatta footprint in uniforms. Alert the closest guard and he will assist you.

Real-time parking information for downtown and North Shore garages can be found www.ParkPGH.org.

Bicycles are only permitted to be walked through Point State Park during the event. You may park your bicycle at the Bike Valet for free.

Yes, food and drink vendors will be available within Point State Park.

The fireworks will be set off at the confluence of the three rivers at 9:30pm.  There is open seating at Point State Park and along the North Shore, and it is all first come, first serve.

You can hear the accompanying soundtrack from the speakers on the main stage at Point State Park; along the fountain side of Point State Park; and at the Great Lawn at the North Shore.

Tune into KDKA 1020am to hear the soundtrack while you watch the fireworks from your favorite spot!
